At my 20 week scan the hospital detected that Cameron had a heart defect after a few days later later of further scans it appeared that he also had a brain defect and Down syndrome. After a long agonising decsion we decided the best thing for Cameron was would be to let him be an angel baby and was too precious to have a life of operations. Cameron was born asleep on 28th Januray 2009. when i was 23wks and 4days pregnant. The reason for the song playing (500 miles) was it was the song played in the church at his funeral due to a little chat about football he got from his daddy at the hospital!

Hi precious baby boy, sorry mummy didnt geet a chance to get on here on friday to say happy birthday to you, but as im sure you know and saw mummy hasd a busy day running around sorting things out for your birthday. Got you a number 2 lower done and took it up to cemetery with birthday balloons. and in the afternoon mummy, daddy your sisters and brother and rest of family all came to say happy birthday to you and we had a small memorial service and blessing for you up at cemetery and you now have your headstone up looking fab, but still cant believe how big it looks!! Hope you had a lovely 2nd birthday baby sure you would have been spoilt, cant believe how quickly time has gone, still miss and love you every day. lots of love mummy xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi baby sorry mummy didnt get a chance to get on here on xmas day im sure you were spolit and are having fun playing about in all the snow with your friends, as you probably know mummy and daddy came and visted you xmas morning with a teddy xmas wreath for you. 1year since your due date
hi Cameron mummy thought she'd juut leave you a little message today, can't believe it is a year today since your due date it's gone so fast. Mummy will be releasing a balloon for you to catch later on and will be going to visit your garden. I bet you wil be getting ready for your great grandad's birthday today, i'm sure you'll all be having a party with him up in heaven he'll be 90 today! Enjoy the party.
